As the accounting and compliance software of choice for SMSF Administrators and Accountants, the BGL Simple Fund (BGL) data transfer with V-Wrap, saves you time, eliminates manual keying of entries, and transfers data at tax lot level to maintain the benefits of the V-Wrap corporate action processing and CGT optimisation.
Importing transaction history, exporting annual transaction data, and processing income journals are just some of the tasks that you can look forward to spending less time on. Combined, V-Wrap and BGL Simple Fund, transcend any other SMSF management solution.
Over the last year, we have been working more closely with BGL to improve the data transfer with BGL Simple Fund. A guideline is available on our website under Products and Services section, Get Help; or under Online Help within V-Wrap - Home> Transactions> Adding Transactions> Uploading a Data File> Applications that can provide transactional data files.
If you have any further queries on the data transfer process of BGL Simple Fund and V-Wrap, please contact the Client Services Team on mail@praemium.com.au or your local State Manager on 1800 702 488.

Deviating from a fund’s trust deed carries some important risks, for example:
Hence compliance is important – suggesting that reviewing the trust deed is an important part of any advice or audit process.
If you are interested in a review of your existing SMSF trust deeds and a potential upgrade we are pleased to advise that Praemium clients can access the Heffron SMSF trust deed at a discounted rate.
The Heffron SMSF trust deed offers a relatively unique structure in that it does not try and replicate precise SIS provisions which change regularly and which can result in a deed requiring constant amendment which is obviously costly and time consuming. Rather, the Heffron SMSF trust deed focuses on the key issues on which SIS provides little or no guidance – how is the fund managed when a member dies? What powers does the trustee have? What issues are decided by members?
For further information on Heffron's SMSF trust deed service please contact Heffron on 1300 172 247 or go to www.heffron.com.au
