We are required to release an Appendix 4C (Quarterly report for companies admitted on the basis of commitments) within one month of the end of each calendar quarter, our half yearly report must be filed within 75 days of the end of December and our Preliminary Final Report must be filed within 2 months of the end June. Our Annual Report is released to the market as soon as it is available, no later than 3 months after the end of June each year.
