V-Wrap: Implementation Service 

Designed to help you super-charge the use of V-Wrap within your business, the Implementation Service is available to both new and existing clients.

What is the Implementation Service?

Many of our clients have told us the most difficult step to getting the full benefit out of V-Wrap is finding the time to get the client portfolios set up.  The Implementation Service helps you overcome this problem.

Our experienced Client Support staff will come into your office and work alongside your own administration staff to ensure new portfolios are loaded onto V-Wrap and are ready to go.

What does the Implementation Service cover?

• creation & set up of portfolios
• setting up of users/client access to the system
• loading historical transaction information into the system, either from source documentation or as a conversion from an application that V-Wrap interfaces with
• setting up links to receive client trading and banking transactions
• creating cashbooks and codes to manage non-ASX assets
• uploading cash transactions
• setting up variable service attributes to suit your business needs

What does it cost?

Previously you may have needed to divert your administrators time or hire a temp to load up new portfolios.  However, as our staff are experienced they can load the same number of portfolios in 2 days that a temp might achieve in 2 weeks.  In addition, your administration staff will have the benefit of learning from working alongside our experienced Client Support Staff.

Cost for the Implementation Service:

• $500 plus GST per staff resource per half business day, plus any travel expenses & accommodation*

*A minimum charge of $1,000 (plus $100 GST) will apply if we agree to deliver additional services to you other than from our offices in Melbourne or over the internet where we are required to travel outside the Melbourne metropolitan area.
