Arthur Naoumidis

Group Chief Executive Officer

Using experience gained during the past 5 years building and managing portfolio services at JBWere and BNP Paribas, Præmium Portfolio Services is the result of Arthur's vision of merging the latest in Web technology and CGT portfolio techniques to deliver a revolutionary service for the investor market.

Arthur's initial background was business systems consulting and development having cut his teeth as a consultant with the precursor to Accenture for the first 5 years of his working life. A subsequent 10 year stint as an independent IT consultant to some of the world's largest investment banks in London provides Arthur with a strong business systems and technology background.

Warren Gibson

Director

Warren has had a broad experience spanning more than 24 years in the financial services industry. He has worked in many varied roles as a banker, investment adviser and financial planner, in practice management as a dealer principal, in marketing, both corporate and as an external consultant in his own business, in sales and product distribution of investment software, and in private practice business development. He has worked with many financial planning and accounting practices and held roles with and been involved in the development of early industry associations in the AIPA, ASIFA, and the IAFP. Warren has been with Præmium since 2002 and is responsible for the overall sales management for Præmium Australia.

Chris Silcox

Chief Operating Officer

Chris Silcox has extensive experience in project management, product development and implementation of procedures. For some years she carried out projects in a self employed capacity working within a range of organisations and industry types, focusing on accounting and administration services.

Chris brought her expertise into the financial services industry almost 10 years ago, and her position immediately prior to joining Præmium in 2002 was with Merrill Lynch Private as Administration Manager, in charge of their retail portfolio management products including superannuation.

At Præmium, Chris is responsible for overseeing and progressing the operations functions and development of the service in line with market and clients’ requirements and in accordance with available resources. She is also an Executive Director for Præmium Limited and Præmium Australia Pty Ltd’s Compliance Manager.

Ms Renae Whiting

Group Marketing Manager

Renae Whiting joined Præmium with 10 years experience in the UK and Australian platform markets. Having worked in a product management capacity with BT Wrap in Australia, Renae moved to the UK in 2002 where she was involved in the development of various platforms. This included roles as the Proposition Manager for Abbey Wrap and Head of Product Development for American Express Financial Services Europe. She also provided independent marketing and product development consultancy services for firms seeking to enter the platform market. Relocating to Melbourne in October 2007, Renae is now responsible for Præmium’s group marketing strategy across Australia and the UK.

Ms Cathryn Nolan

Company Secretary & General Counsel

Since being admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1989, Ms Nolan has worked as an employed solicitor with two large national Australian law firms and for a brief period for a boutique investment bank and as a partner of a medium-sized, Melbourne-based law firm.

She has practiced extensively as a Corporate Lawyer with a focus on both Australian and international capital raising, financial services reform, information technology, ASX Listing Rules and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Præmium as its Company Secretary & General Counsel in May 2006, Ms Nolan acted as the company's external legal adviser since the time of its inception and accordingly has a strong understanding of the unique issues and opportunities facing the firm. Ms Nolan’s primary focus since the Company’s listing in May 2006, in addition to managing the group legal and compliance function, has been the establishment of an appropriate structure for Praemium’s proposed operations in the UK and the seeking of the necessary authorisations required for Præmium to operate an SMA service there.

Ms Nolan is an Executive Director and acts as secretary to all group subsidiaries and board committees.

Phillip Ince

Chief Information Officer

Phillip Ince started his IT career with JB Were in 1981 where he was instrumental in developing technology solutions to provide JB Were with full access to the ASX market, trading and CHESS systems.

Throughout this time, Phillip also led a team of IT specialists to develop Portfolio Trading & Management Systems, Cash Management, Unit Registry, Custodian and Margin Lending systems, giving JB Were Advisers immediate access to the financial status of their clients.

Phillip joined Præmium in November 2004 as the Senior Software Architect where he has led a team to develop an interface to the ASX CHESS system, and to develop Præmium’s SMA solution.

Phillip’s current role with Præmium is the Chief Information Officer, responsible for developing a team of IT Professionals to ensure that Præmium remains at the leading edge of supplying solutions to clients needs.

Steven Stamboultgis

Chief Financial Officer

Steven Stamboultgis has a depth of experience over 20 years in the finance industry with such companies as Elders IXL, Fosters Brewing Group, Pauls Milk and Parmalat.

Steven’s last position prior to joining Præmium was with the Ezipin Group as their Chief Financial Officer. He was a key member of the IPO team that prepared the Group in readiness for an ASX listing; the Group was however subsequently sold in an off market transaction to Bill Express Ltd in September 2005.

Within Præmium, Steven’s responsibilities include overseeing areas of accounting, tax and treasury.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in commercial law (tax) and is a certified practicing accountant.

James Maramis

Director

Graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Philosophy from Monash University, James entered the financial services industry in the early 90s working in Superannuation Administration with VicSuper then Portfolio Administration with Austrust. Further roles in Portfolio Administration followed with Bell Potter before he joined the Advent software in various consulting, product sales and distribution roles.

He joined Præmium in 2003 initially as a distributor before joining full time in 2005.

As Strategic Sales Manager James focus is on large network and institutional accounts with broking firms and fund managers, and those accounts requiring implementation strategies.
