The Præmium Group comprises Præmium Limited ACN 098 405 826 and Præmium Australia Pty Ltd ACN 117 611 784. Præmium Ltd also has three wholly owned subsidiaries incorporated in the United Kingdom.
Præmium Limited (ASX:PPS) is a member of the official list of the ASX. Præmium Australia Pty Ltd holds AFS Licence 297956 and operates Præmium’s Australian businesses.
Præmium Portfolio Services Ltd (Company number 05362168) is incorporated in the UK and is wholly owned by Præmium Limited ACN098 405 826 (ASX:PPS). In the UK, Præmium’s business is operated by the three wholly owned subsidiaries of Præmium Portfolio Services Ltd – Præmium Ltd (Company number 05362153) which offers the V-Wrap and other non-regulated activities, SMARTfund Administration Ltd (Company number 06016828) which manages the SMARTfund Umbrella Fund and undertakes the activities which require authorisation by the Financial Services Authority and SMARTfund Nominees Ltd (Company Number: 07153417) which is a non-trading nominee company.
