How does Præmium communicate with its shareholders?

Præmium aims to keep its shareholders informed of all important developments concerning the company. In order to achieve this aim, Præmium communicates with its shareholders using the following means:

Shareholders who update their communcations details with the company’s share registrar and elect to receive further information in accordance will receive emails from time to time alerting them to the release of ASX announcements. Præmium strongly encourages all shareholders to assist it to reduce costs and be kind to our environment by opting to receive annual reports, notices of meeting, proxy forms and other formal communications electronically.

What about Præmium's auditor?

PPS and its Australian subsidiaries are audited by William Buck.

The UK subsidiaries of Præmium have only recently commenced operations and will be audited for the first time following the end of the 2006-2007 financial year. All group entities have a July – June financial year.

PPS requests its external auditor attend annual general meetings and be available at those meeting to answer shareholders questions about the conduct of the audit and the preparation and content of the auditors report.
